Easter Cocktail – Drunk Bunny

Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail
Drunk Bunny – Easter Cocktail

The Drunk Bunny – the perfect alcoholic cocktail for Easter. Made with only three ingredients this fresh, sweet, and vibrant drink will sure be a crowd favorite for all. Not only is it suitable for adults, nix the alcohol and serve on ice to the kiddos for a refreshing drink from all that running they will be doing trying to locate Easter eggs.

Even though the name of the drink is geared towards Easter, it can be served all year round. As a mocktail for the kiddos (or folks who don’t drink) or made into a cocktail for those that do, this drink can be a crowd pleaser for most. Made with strawberries, lemonade, and Malibu (coconut) rum, it is one of the easiest drinks I’ve made to date! I made this drink with fresh strawberries and lemonade, but you can surely purchase a pre-made strawberry lemonade mix from your local grocery store. Other options are raspberry lemonade or just plain lemonade if you like. Additionally, if you are not a fan of rum, you can substitute for vodka as well!

Strawberry Lemonade with Peeps - Drunk Bunny

What You Will Need:

  • 4 ounces of Strawberry Lemonade
  • 3 ounces of Malibu Rum (I used coconut in this version)
  • Ice
  • Festive peeps + lemon slices (for garnish)

How to Make:

  • Mix strawberry lemonade and Malibu Rum
  • Fill glass with ice and pour
  • Add Peeps and lemon slice for garnish
  • If Making Fresh:
    • Make lemonade as you would, cut up strawberries and blend
    • Mix together and add (desired) amount of Malibu Rum

If you would like to try any other drink recipes, take a look around here. Oh, and another favorite Ive been making for my family for years is this Cinnamon Bake Roll. Another crowd pleaser for any function! Be sure to let me know in the comments if you have tried any of them. Happy Easter!

I haven’t been in an @oldnavy store in so long, so GAGGING on all the active wear pieces was an under statement. Each piece is sold separately so, I want to thank me for making a set!

STORY TIME! Ok so boom… 😂 We had a yearly service STORY TIME! Ok so boom… 😂

We had a yearly serviceman come by the house the other day. Cool, expected, no big deal… except when the doorbell rang, I couldn’t get there fast enough because—priorities—I had to snatch off my bonnet first 😭

By the time I opened the door, he had already made his way toward the back to “assess the situation.” Sir wasted NO time.

So I walk up, and as he’s looking around he casually asks…
“Is your dad home?”

…

My brain froze for a second. Like sir??? 😅
But then I hit him with a little smirk and said, “You mean my husband?” 😏😂

The way his whole face shifted—
“Oh! You just look so much younger!”

And listen… I’m not arguing with compliments. I receive. Fully. With both hands. 💁🏽‍♀️
