My name is Tahirah (TAH-HEAR-RAH) and I’m a mother, wife, and full time advertising professional based in New Jersey. Founder of StylishlyPristine, I developed this lifestyle brand for the woman who wears many hats. The woman who may be looking for inspiration and resources to utilize and help navigate her everyday life. Born in Newark, NJ and raised in Queens, NY, I’m a true New Yawker at heart who enjoys creating memories with my dope husband and two beautiful children.
To be transparent, I created StylishlyPristine on a whim. Picture it; the year was 2020 and the pandemic was at an all time high. The repetitiveness of staying within the same four walls was unbearable. I needed a creative outlet to express myself, a visual journal of everything I love – beauty, fashion, home decor and everything in between.
It started with one Instagram post, showing up as my authentic self, sharing insight and advice any good girlfriend would. Over time the connection, engagement, and growth with a community of everyday moms became a continual fulfillment.
Not just an IG profile picture, my hope is to bridge my social presence over into this blog by offering and pouring in full detailed resources, real-life experiences, and entertaining content.
