Nassau, Bahamas

Pedaling Through Paradise

Do you want to know more around the history of this beautiful island? I highly recommend booking a cultural tour of downtown Nassau to experience the world famous tourist attractions in the Bahamas. My experience was very informative and checked many of the boxes I had. 8/10 recommendation and placed my stamp of approval on money being well spent! Definitely will want to experience this again.

Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Mother's Day Gift Guide

If you have a mother like mine, she is super kind, always there to help, never really ask for assistance, and always there when you need her. I personally think mothers should be thought of any day of the year, but especially on Mother’s day.  So why not pamper her with luxurious and/or indulgent gifts she wouldn’t splurge on herself?

On “Cloud 9”: Rainbow and Clouds Birthday Party

On_Cloud_9_1

I’ve been decorating my children’s birthday party since they were both one years old. Every year, we brainstorm on their favorite character/theme and build on certain must haves like certain colors, types of food and/or activities. From Ninja Turtles to LOL dolls, each and every theme holds a special place in my heart.  This year though?! “On Cloud 9” honestly has to be one of my favorites to date.

Current (Amazon) Cart

What's In my shopping cart?

Online shopping has been constant for me since the pandemic and I have no shame. Even though I love to go in store to touch and feel things, shopping online is so convenient…and dangerous! :-). I can’t be the only one, right?!

When this came up in the group chat, it was an immediate yes.

As soon as we walked in, the playlist was A-1.
With reservations, we didn’t wait long and was ushered to our booth in the corner.

Drinks and apps were prompt and each one was delicious. (Happy hour menu was activated)

Then, the live band came through and hit us with the R&B classics.

Lastly, dinner was well seasoned and hot.

No additional notes. 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s the sigh for me😮‍💨😂 No, but for real. I did It’s the sigh for me😮‍💨😂

No, but for real. I did this about 6 months ago and finally sat down to look at the numbers… and let’s just say, they told a very honest story.

Because while it may look like fun and games on the outside, the back end will always show you what’s actually working (and what’s not 😅).

Here’s what stood out:
1. Consistency really is key, cliché or not. Every post adds to your digital footprint, whether it “pops” or not.

2. Strategy matters more than people admit. Knowing who you’re talking to (and why) changes everything.

3. Burnout is real. Not every season is meant to be max output — and I’ve learned to respect that.

4. And the algorithm? It’s going to do what it does… YOU might as well stay true to what YOU do.

I’m still learning, still refining, but definitely moving with more clarity. Quiet growth looks different but it’s still growth, right?

Who else has had a “the numbers don’t lie” moment? 👀
